1) Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.
2) Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided in CRM system.
3) Give details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit.
4) Responsible for listing and selling flats.
5) Updated clients about loan companies with good rates
6) Following-up with the clients until the leads get closed
7) Generating site visits
8) Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls and Emails.
